AirLive WL-5460AP Firmware Release Note

Note: 
The WL-5450AP and WL-5460AP uses different firmwares.  Please do not use the wrong 
firmware (i.e. do not use WL-5450AP firmware on WL-5460AP).  Using wrong firmware
can cause permanent damage to the AP.

After firmware upgrade, the password and SSID is now changed to "airlive" 
(without the " sign)

Versions:
Firmware Version: V2.2.1.3.9eu

Notes:
1. add one Tx Power level down to 5% and show approximate values such as ~16dBm
2. add inactivity time setup in web UI
3. change region domain form US(total 11 channels) to EU(total 13 channels)
4. change to new logo for Air Live
